Who must I pay?
The Bill Payments window within Business GetReal Premier presents all the information you need in one place without having to run additional reports to decide what bills to pay. Deciding payments when you a tight for cash is a breeze.
You simply decide how much you can afford to pay and then Business GetReal will suggest the optimum payment schedule based on the aging of the suppliers bills and their credit terms. You can easily override these suggestions.
See immediately whether there is a need to withold part-payment e.g. if no ABN has been quoted or a voluntary witholding agreement is in place.
Recognising payments
Whether you pay suppliers electronically or by cheque, payments are automatically recognized when you import your bank statements without any further work on your part.
Internet payments
Your payment schedule is presented to you in a way that simplifies how you pay using Internet banking. If you have a large number of electronic payments you can simply export these from Business GetReal and import these into Internet banking (ABA file format).
Easy inventory management
Know exactly what is in stock and on order. Out of stock warnings are clearly displayed at the Sales and Purchases screens so you can address stock problems before they become a major issue.
You are automatically reminded to order stock as stock levels fall — and you can automatically create the necessary Purchase Orders and email these to your suppliers.

Working with teams online
Secure online shared access from multiple computers make working with your team, bookkeeper and accountant simple.
Internet based file-locking ensures that only one person can change the database at any time. Each team member works on a copy of the database on their computer. Database copies automatically synchronized between users — so you have none of the performance issues associated with other online solutions.
